Court Declares Marriage is Formally over between Paul McCartney and Heather Mills!
It took a total of 30 seconds to formally announce that the marriage Between Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills is now formally over!
In a petition that was read out by Justice Hugh Bennett the court declared that the divorce by Mills was granted on the grounds that the couple had lived apart for two years.
Neither Heather Mills nor Sir Paul McCartney were in court for the decree nisi.
