Mickey Rourke

Mickey’s place on our list is due to plastic surgery that was deemed medically necessary. In his heyday he was one of Hollywood’s most handsome men. Now, sadly, he looks quite different and in fact quite strange. Makes you wonder who the surgeon had in mind as he performed the procedures. Mickey is back on everyone’s radar and we are hoping none of his new publicity is due to his odd looks.
