By the time he was 32, Clark Gable’s real teeth were “Gone with the Wind”, although that never stopped his womanizing ways. Suffering from gum problems at a young age caused him to have most of his teeth extracted and very offensive smelling dentures put in. His leading lady in the classic epic was reported to have complained about his halitosis on more than one occasion. This must have been very rough for the compulsively clean Gable to bear.
