Woody Harrelson

Seems like Woody Harrelson was a lot like his character on the Hunger Games during his youth. In 1982 he was arrested for disorderly conduct for dancing wild in the street and resisting arrest. Although he managed to avoid any jail time, Woody did end up paying a big fine.

In 1996 he was arrested once again for growing hemp in his home but was acquitted by the jury.
