A lot people go from rags to riches but Jay Z’s story is a bit unique. He also went from being a felon to one of the wealthiest persons in the music industry today. Jay Z mysteriously got only three years’ probation after stabbing his then executive producer Lance Rivera after the release of “Hard Knock Life.”
If you’re also familiar with the lyrics of his song “You Must Love Me” you will know that he song about shooting his brother in the shoulder for stealing his jewelry. Though this will never be confirmed there has been a lot of speculation that it’s all true – fortunately his brother survived the attack.
We’re all happy Jay turned over a new leaf and without a doubt he is one of the happiest men alive today, after all, he’s got Beyoncé “Drunk in Love” with him.
